Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for our services in the six months preceding the claim.

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our Services shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiations between the parties
• Mediation if negotiations fail
• Arbitration in Dubai, UAE under UAE law if mediation is unsuccessful

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and B1 Properties regarding your use of our Services.
